Sweet potato

Sweet potatoes are perfect for snacking and also healthy to eat. You may steam them or baked them, both tricks are equally easy and quick, even you can also microwave. Preheat oven and bake sweet potato until they become crispy.

If you want to bake them, you can top it with goat cheese or cream. Bake them until their color become beautiful deep purple and enjoy its naturally sweet taste.

Preheat oven and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes rotate the sheet and bake 10-20 minutes more.


Smoothies are made up of fruit pulp and fruit juice. Smoothies are full of fruit nutrients so it is too good for your health. You can take either fresh or frozen fruit, both are healthy. You can blend pulp with Water, milk, yogurt, ice, or any other liquid. Yogurt and milk will make it more delicious. It is your best time to pass the snack.

Take the pulp of any fruit. Blend it with yogurt. Blend well. If you want more taste to add a few leaves of mint in it.
